The response has been way better than I expected.
When I started planning this launch, I gave myself one realistic goal:
Break into the Top 200.
And we did it.
We even managed to break into the Top 10 in India, my home country, which was pretty cool to see.
But something funny happened after that.
The moment I hit the goal, I started thinking:
Okay… what about Top 100?
Then:
What about Top 50? Top 20?
😂
Suddenly, the thing I had been hoping to achieve wasn’t enough anymore.
We didn’t get as high as I secretly started hoping for on the U.S. charts, but looking back, that almost feels beside the point.
I set a target.
We hit it.
And this podcast now exists in the world because a bunch of people were kind enough to give me their time and support.
That’s a win.
It was also a nice reminder for me that there really is no finish line with this stuff.
You hit one number and immediately start chasing another.
Sometimes you have to remember to actually enjoy the thing you were working toward before moving the goalpost again.
And this definitely won’t be my last launch.
Hopefully there will be plenty more successful ones.
Probably a few complete disasters too 😂
That’s part of it.
I think we sometimes treat every launch like THIS IS IT. This has to work. Everything depends on this.
It doesn’t.
You launch.
You learn.
You make the next one better.
And you keep going.
